2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Luxury
Roadster - In The 2012 New York Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz Automaker will
be introduce a variant of the new SL-Class and more powerful V12 engine
with the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG, and will be launched on the
German market in September with prices starting at € 236,334.
Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG will be equipped with engines 6.0 liter AMG V12
Biturbo to generate power of 630 PS (463 kW / 621 hp) while peak torque
is electronically limited to 1000 Nm (737 lb-ft).Outturn for this paired
with the new AMG Speedshift Plus 7G-Tronic transmission system has been
developed with fuel efficiency in mind and have a choice of four
different drivers selected mode: Efficiency (C), Sport (S), Sport plus
(S +) and manual (M).
2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG has
equipped with new features what is described as an intelligent
lightweight construction that has been knocking on the curb weight of
170kg and a similar theme was adopted in the improved AMG sports
suspension. Mercedes has also highlighted a new electromechanical
speed-sensitive AMG sports steering that adjusts according to the
suspension mode.
The new model of 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG is
also able to beat its predecessor if the performance figures can be
trusted. Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG can accelerate from 0-100kph (0-62mph)
in 4 seconds to hit the electronically limited top speed of 250kph
(155mph). Fuel economy figures have also been shaved by 17% to 11.6
liters are now required to travel 100 km.
The New Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG is the
first model wearing the AMG brand new face on the front fascia. It
features a “twin blade” in the new radiator grille with a high sheen
chrome Mercedes logo that is placed in the middle. The vario-roof is
